The digital gift card will arrive by e-mail and is valid in our e-shop and the Ines Bouwen store in Lier. It features a unique code that you can add during checkout in our e-shop. The physical gift card on the other hand is only valid in our store, not in the webshop.

You can buy digital and physical gift cards in our e-shop. Physical gift cards can also be bought in the Ines Bouwen stores in Lier and Ghent.

Ines Bouwen gift cards do not carry an expiration date.

Only digital gift cards can be exchanged in our webshop.

On your digital gift card you will find a unique code, that you need to fill in during the ordering process. After reviewing and confirming your order, enter the code in the field provided for during checkout.

The value of the gift voucher will automatically be deducted from the amount for which you have ordered. Only one discount code at a time can be applied to a single order.

The maximum amount of a gift card is limited to 500 euro for security reasons. If you wish to buy a gift card for a higher amount, you have the possibility to order multiple gift cards by changing the number you put in your cart.

If the total amount of your in store purchase is smaller than the value of your gift card, then you will receive a new gift card with the remaining balance. In case of an order from our e-shop, you will be able to apply the unique code on the gift card again to your next order while checking out so the remaining balance can be used.

Gift cards cannot be canceled or returned and may not be exchanged for cash or any other payment, not even partially.
