After the 12 months warranty period our repair service can take care of your jewelry at a cost, which will be communicated to you upon inspection of the defected jewelry. We recommend that you always contact the store where you bought the goods first.
However, if you have bought jewelry from our e-shop, than you may contact us at email@example.com. Provide us with your order number, clear images of your jewelry and a brief description of the requested repair. Please await our reply before returning the damaged jewelry. The cost of the repair will be communicated to you upon inspection of the defected jewelry. We always need your confirmation prior to any repairs being undertaken by us.
