Ines Bouwen has crafted a light and organic combination of a wedding ring and an engagement ring in white gold. Firstly, wedding ring No. 61_2 has a width of 2.5 mm, and Ines Bouwen adorned it with two refined diamonds. These diamonds have a VVS clarity, indicating no visible impurities to the naked eye. They are also colorless (F-color), sparkling beautifully in the light. The total weight of the diamonds in the wedding ring is 0.08 carats. Additionally, the wedding ring has a matte finish, allowing the diamonds to subtly shine. All diamonds are enclosed by smooth, polished details, giving an elegant appearance.

Secondly, engagement ring No. 69 has a completely matte finish with a white gold color and polished edges. Ines Bouwen drew inspiration from nature for this engagement ring. The diamond is of high quality, colorless (F-color), and brilliantly cut. It has a VS1 clarity, meaning there are few visible inclusions that are invisible to the naked eye. The weight of the diamond is 0.10 carats.

The combination of the wedding ring and engagement ring exudes subtlety, tranquility, and playfulness through the placement of diamonds and organic finishing. It is a delicate model with a total thickness of approximately 4.8 mm, giving it a light and elegant appearance.

This light and organic combination is available in recycled white gold, champagne gold, rose gold, and yellow gold. Ines Bouwen uses the finest cut diamonds for the engagement rings with stackable rings. You can order this combination as a set, or you have the option to order them separately. Moreover, Ines Bouwen offers the option to engrave the rings with a personal and intimate message. Engraving is always included in the price.

PLACE AN ORDER

Once you have selected your favourite piece of jewelry, click on the ‘Add to cart ’ button. When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, select a payment method. After your payment has been confirmed through Mollie’s secure payment gateway, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

When you have placed your order and the payment was completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. As soon as we have dispatched your parcel, you will receive a shipping confirmation also by e-mail.

When you have placed an order, we immediately process and prepare your order for sending. Therefore, you are not able to make any changes or cancel your order. If you have a change of heart after you have placed your order, then we advise to return your order with our return instructions.

We aim to deliver your order within the number of days shown for your country or region below, if the jewel is in stock. If the jewel is not in stock or it needs to be engraved, it will take longer. Wedding rings are always custom made, so we need at least 1 month for this.

WRONG DELIVERY

If you receive a delivery which is not what you have ordered, then we advise you to return the delivery by following the return instructions. If we have received the return in good condition, then we will refund the total amount paid, shipping costs inclusive, and we will send you the correct order.

EXCHANGE GOODS

If you wish to exchange your order for a different style or a different size or colour, you have to return your original order and place a new order for the item that you would like instead. Please follow the instructions regarding the return of your original order.

RETURN MY ORDER

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, Ines Bouwen is happy to offer you the possibility to exchange goods, to receive a gift card or to get a refund for the goods you wish to return. Items that are special orders customized/altered/engraved, have been repaired/re-sized, or have been previously exchanged are not returnable or exchangeable.

After delivery, you have the right to open the package and check your purchase. However, goods must be returned unused. If the return doesn’t match with these terms, we will not exchange or refund your purchase.

If we receive the goods in perfect condition, we will refund its full value (shipping costs excl., unless the return is due to a wrong delivery) through the payment method that you originally selected. Please note that Ines Bouwen commits to refund your purchase within 30 days. Products on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to return a jewel, please fill in the return form which you can find on the website. You have 15 calendar days to return your purchase from date of delivery.

We offer the possibility to return your order in person through one of our flagship stores in Lier or Gent. However, it is not possible to grant you an immediate refund. If you are not able to come by one of our stores, please return your goods to the following address:

Please note that the customer carries all the shipping costs of the return. You can choose your own shipping method for the return. If you return the goods by using your local postal services, then we advise to ship the parcel by registered mail, insured for its full value. Ines Bouwen strongly recommends to return your purchase using a shipping service with tracking option as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Ines Bouwen grants you a warranty covering hidden manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase. The warranty only covers damages not caused by accident, improper use, and normal wear and tear. As from 6 months following the purchase of your item, you will need to demonstrate that the defect was indeed a hidden manufacturing defect. The repair within this period shall have to be done by a jewelry craftsman.

WARRANTY CLAIM

If you have ordered your jewelry from our e-shop and you believe that you have a valid warranty claim, than please contact us at shop@inesbouwen.com. Provide us with your order number, clear images of the suspected fault and a brief description of the claim. Please await our reply before returning the damaged jewelry.

REPAIR SERVICE

After the 12 months warranty period our repair service can take care of your jewelry at a cost, which will be communicated to you upon inspection of the defected jewelry. We recommend that you always contact the store where you bought the goods first.

However,  if you have bought jewelry from our e-shop, than you may contact us at shop@inesbouwen.com. Provide us with your order number, clear images of your jewelry and a brief description of the requested repair. Please await our reply before returning the damaged jewelry. The cost of the repair will be communicated to you upon inspection of the defected jewelry. We always need your confirmation prior to any repairs being undertaken by us.
